PROFESSOR:
Jeremy Delano

"My teaching philosophy in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is rooted in building confidence, strength, and self-defense skills while improving fitness and discipline. I believe training should be fun, creating friendships and joy that extend beyond the mats. BJJ is more than a sport—it’s a way to transform lives and strengthen individuals from the inside out. By sharing this art, we not only empower people but also create a stronger, healthier, and more connected community."

The Heart of Jiu-Jitsu, Rooted in Costa Rica

In Avellanas, where the rhythm of the ocean meets the heart of Costa Rica, we honor tradition while embracing the art of Jiu-Jitsu. Our home is built on respect—for the culture, the land, and every student who steps onto the mats. This is more than training—it’s belonging.
